Our story
The Kalyan Foods grew from one neighbourhood kitchen into a name people across Raigad drive out for. Every handi of biryani is layered by hand, sealed, and slow-cooked on dum, with no shortcuts and no day-old rice. The taste is the kind you remember and come back for.
Today we serve that same plate across three branches in Raigad district, Maharashtra, warm, generous, and built for families. Whether it’s a Tuesday dinner or a Sunday feast, the welcome and the flavour stay exactly the same.

What we’re known for
It starts with the biryani, but the tandoor, the kababs, and the crispy fried favourites are why people keep ordering the whole table.
Our signature. Long-grain basmati layered with marinated chicken, sealed and slow-cooked on dum for hours until every grain carries the spice. The dish we built our name on.
Marinated overnight in yoghurt and spice, then blistered in the tandoor till smoky, charred, and juicy right to the bone.
Hand-minced mutton seekhs, spiced and char-grilled on skewers. Soft, smoky, and made for sharing.
